Specialist Notes:


Learners (User-Level) and site managers (Power User-Level) log into the AACN LearnCenter using a username and password. It is requested that users first utilize the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the login page. 


HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST?


Please verify the user’s account with the following checklist before providing the standard response:
  1. The account is active.
  2. The expiration date has not passed, if one is listed.
  3. The email address listed is valid.

NEXT STEPS:

If the account is active with a valid email address and the expiration date has not passed, but the user did not receive the password reset email after utilizing the ‘Forgot your password?’ link, then:


LEARNERS (User-Level)Proceed to Step 2 | Manual Password Reset for Learners.
SITE MANAGERS (Power User-Level)Escalate; the Edit feature is not available to us for Power User accounts. 


Standard Response:


Kindly note that users who have a valid email address associated with their accounts can reset their password. To do so, follow the instructions below:

1. Navigate to AACN LearnCenter (
https://aacn.docebosaas.com/) and click the 'Forgot your password?' link.
2. Then, insert your username or email address and click ‘SEND RESET LINK’.

You will receive an email with instructions; please be sure to check your spam/junk mail. Kindly note that it is recommended to sign in outside of your VPN. If your institution has a firewall, this may be blocking the emails from coming through.

If you have not received the password reset email, please let us know and we’d be happy to manually reset your password for you.
