Specialist Notes:

IMPORTANT!

Docebo provides a course completion certificate but this is not their CE certificate(s). Learners must log into aacn.org to get their CE certificate(s). Provide the SR and attached document to assist with helping them locate their CE Certificate.

If a user does not click the ‘GET CE’ button and complete an evaluation within aacn.org, they will not be rewarded with the certificate.

Note: If you're providing instructions from the linked SRs within the specialist notes, please use the categories listed within those SRs.

Missing CE Certificate:

If a learner cannot locate their CE Certificate, forgot or did not click the 'Claim CE' button; you can provide the instructions from the
Forgot to Claim your CE? SR.

Expired/Locked Training:

If training is expired, see the
Expired/Locked Course | Can't Access my CE Certificate! SR.

AACN LearnCenter & AACN.ORG Issues:

For the following scenarios, kindly see the Known Certificate Issues | AACN LearnCenter & AACN.ORG SR.

1. AACN LearnCenter & AACN.ORG Not Linked

2. Multiple AACN.ORG Accounts

3. AACN.ORG Login Issues

Overall Certificates:

The CE Certificate must be downloaded from aacn.org. There’s a Docebo (overall) certificate for Essentials of Critical Care Orientation ICU & PCU, which can be retrieved by opening their menu and selecting ‘My Activities’ then “Courses". The "black ribbon" on the right allows them to download a certificate; this is NOT the CE Certificate.

No other courses generate an overall certificate. They must retrieve the list of individual certificates on aacn.org.

Built-in Certificates:

The "Essentials of Pediatric Critical Care Orientation (EPPCO)" and "Essentials of Neonatal Critical Care Orientation (ENCCO)" CE Certificates are not retrieved on aacn.org.

See the Built-in CE Certificates | EPCCO & ENCCO SR for instructions.

Standard Response:

To retrieve your CE Certificate(s), you must click the 'Get CE' button at the end of your assessment. This will prompt you to sign in to aacn.org and complete an evaluation.

To view your entire CE activities, you will need to sign into your aacn.org dashboard. We've attached a guide with instructions on how to locate your certificates. Kindly note, AACN LearnCenter generates a completion certificate, but this is not your CE certificate.
