IMPORTANT!


Should a user not complete their training on their due date, the course status goes 'Expired' and locked.


This means the course is no longer available to them since their due date has passed; it is not a course launch issue. However, they can request an extension (extended time) to allow them to finish their training.


Note: Some site managers may input an incorrect date and need this updated/fixed, you will need to submit a ticket as well.


If a user is trying to retrieve their certificate from a completed course, please provide Expired/Locked Course | Can't Access my CE Certificate! SR.
