IMPORTANT! Learners can create their own aacn.org accounts. Institutions sometimes create AACN accounts using a different email address than what's associated with the AACN LearnCenter. Unfortunately, End-User Support cannot verify the email addresses listed within aacn.org, merge them, or link them to the AACN LearnCenter accounts. |
AACN LearnCenter & AACN.ORG Not Linked: If a learner reports their AACN LearnCenter account is not linked to their aacn.org, escalate. Request to provide the email they use when logging into aacn.org. |
Multiple AACN.ORG Accounts: If a learner reports they have multiple aacn.org accounts and would like them merged and linked to their AACN LearnCenter, escalate. Request to have the learner provide all emails they have used to log into aacn.org. |
AACN.ORG Login Issues: If a learner cannot log into aacn.org, they can use the 'Forgot Password?' link on the 'Sign In' page to reset their password. If they do not know what email was used or do not receive the password reset email, escalate. |
