Tickets within FreshDesk need to be escalated to the admins using this SmartSheet Form. If you need help filling out the form, please review this guide. |
NOTES FOR TICKET PROCESSORS! Once you've submitted the form, add a private note: "Escalation sent via the SmartSheet". Then send the Update after Escalation | Send to User SR to the user and close the ticket. |
