If a learner reports they forgot or did not click the 'Claim CE' button, the learner should return to the course (even if completed) to claim CE. 

If users are having trouble with the instructions below, request permission to proxy. This way, you capture screenshots to create navigational instructions. You can use the ’HELP GUIDE’ within the course to better assist.


WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW?

To relaunch the course, learners will select the ‘Relaunch the course/lesson’ button next to the module. This does not reset the course. 

They must navigate to the assessment/exam with the passing score received. The location of the ‘GET CE’ button varies by course. The administrators provided a guide with screenshots that we can provide to users. 

Due to the length of some training, we may receive some pushback from learners who have completed the entire training. Remember, they should not have to redo the assessment; they only need to navigate to where the button is available. Learners who are reluctant to go back to each module to click the ‘GET CE’ button, in these cases, escalate.


Standard Response:


You must click the 'Get CE' button, as the lesson has a link to the course evaluation (a CE requirement). 

If you did not select the 'Get CE' button and complete the evaluation, you still can by relaunching the module. To do so, open your course and select the 'Relaunch the course/lesson' button for the module. Navigate to the results page of your assessment that displays your score. Then, locate and click the 'Get CE' button. 

The location of the 'Get CE' button varies by course. Attached is a guide with further instructions. If you're having any difficulties, please let us know.
