In Docebo, seats represent individual, course-specific enrollments or prepaid access spots used to manage paid training, allowing administrators or power users to assign learners to specific courses or bundles.


If a site manager requests assistance with purchasing seats for eLearning (for his/her facility/hospital), please create a ticket.

This should not be confused with individual purchases that are not made for facilities/hospitals. While course purchases are done on aacn.org, the administrators request that it be escalated so the appropriate team can reach out to them.
