When collecting screenshots, kindly ensure that your screenshot meets the following requirements:
1. Displays the entire browser window, which should include the URL address bar/link.
2. It should include the title of the lesson and the page number of the eLearning.
For course completion issues and requests:
3. Obtain a full screenshot of the results page or the "Get CE" button showing on the page.
4. In a lot of courses, there are "print reports" with the score, time stamp, and other information. If a learner can provide this to us, this would be great.
IMPORTANT! A cropped, partial, blurry, or small image may exclude key elements (such as URL bar, navigation menu, error messages, or progress indicators) that help identify the root cause of an issue. This includes screenshot or photos taken from a phone; which tends to leave out key details. We have been granted the permission to proxy and grab a screenshot, if the user is having issues providing us with one that meets the requirements. You may can download a copy of the print reports to submit. |
