For users reporting courses being frozen or not able to move forward, we would like you all to collect a screenshot first. It is mainly to determine if troubleshooting is necessary.

There is a known embedded issue where troubleshooting cannot resolve and it must be escalated - see Course Embedded in Feedback Window SR. Once you've ruled out the embedded issue, you can proceed with troubleshooting as normal.
