At times, users may report that they cannot select an answer for an assessment. In these cases, kindly ensure to apply these steps:
- Troubleshoot first: clear cache, adjust settings, ask to revisit the previous slide, etc.
- If troubleshooting doesn't resolve the issue, ask them to select "Submit" until they arrive at the end. While this records a failed attempt, they can click the "Try Again" button at the end of the assessment to reset it.
