At times, users may report that they cannot select an answer for an assessment. In these cases, kindly ensure to apply these steps:

  1. Troubleshoot first: clear cache, adjust settings, ask to revisit the previous slide, etc.
  2. If troubleshooting doesn't resolve the issue, ask them to select "Submit" until they arrive at the end. While this records a failed attempt, they can click the "Try Again" button at the end of the assessment to reset it.
