If a user successfully claimed his or her CE Certificate while completing a course, they can still access them even if the course is expired/locked.

If a user didn't complete the necessary steps to claim the CE and the course is expired/locked, create a ticket to request for further assistance. This should not be confused with users requesting an extension to complete the training.

Do you happen to recall when taking the training, if you were able to claim your CE Certificates? If not, could you log on to your https://www.aacn.org/ dashboard and check your transcript? Please ensure to enter your "Start Date" and "End Date"; during which you completed the course.
