If a site manager wants to transfer a seat/enrollment to another learner, create a ticket.
This involves unenrolling/removing the seat/enrollment from the current learner and assigning it to the other. The request will be reviewed and determined by the administrators.

Unfortunately, you wouldn’t be able to transfer an assigned eLearning from one account to the other. However, we can create a ticket to submit the request. For your ticket, kindly provide the following information:
1. Title of the eLearning
2. Name and email address on the account from which the training should be removed.
3. Name and email address on the account to which the training should be assigned.
