Though learners receive (1) year of access from enrollment, that year is based on their organization's contract dates. This means that if the organization's contract expires, they no longer have access-- regardless of the expiration date. Please note that we do not have access to this information and should not address these inquiries.


If a learner asks when or what time his/her course expires, please create a ticket. The AACN Customer Care Team will address course expiration questions.

Kindly note that your expiration date is tied to your organization's contract dates. In this case, we can submit a ticket to request confirmation on the exact date and time your course expires.
